Exercises to Wake Up in the morning: Waking Routine

AS 3.8.12 Waking up Exercises

I really did it!

I took you to a place that not many people see me. (Luckily enough!)

Now, I only did this to answer Victoria’s question to the best of my early morning ability!

There’s a few slurry words, but I think you’ll get the point!

So, you can try this on tomorrow morning and let me know how it helps you wake up your body.

I did my best to keep this one nice and short, so it’ll only take you a few minutes!

Enjoy and have a good laugh at me! Hope it helps :)

    Nice to be reminded about a great morning routine…
    I’m definitely gonna tap first and then let my body do the leading when I wake up tmrw morning. And I think it’ll be really easy to do that here in Bali, cos it’s always warm. Oh lucky me!

    Good Morning Laura!

    I got this just in time to watch it in bed this morning :)

    And I had the bed all to myself so I stretched and rolled and tapped and squeezed and rubbed and I felt so awake and ready when I stood up.

    Hi Laura, I love this Action Ship!!!! I did see it while I was still in bed this morning, and I so enJOYed tapping and moving before getting up. Loving the clarity & embodied morning experience.
