Night leg cramps ever wake you up? How to reduce cramp in your legs & feel connected!

AS 3.15.12 Cramps

I am in Boston with Eric right now. It’s already been quite an adventure! We arrived on Tuesday night and there was a fire and a blackout near to where we were ‘suppossed’ to be staying…

It was incredible how we got led away from it and ended up eating pizza and watching an amazing bluegrass band in a cute little cafe!! (I might have to make you another vid about that, cause it’s quite a funny story!)

Ok… on to this week’s Action Ship. I filmed this back in Brooklyn on Monday’s summer day!

Jump in the Action Ship with us and dive into some body-mind-dynamic-mind-expanding cool interconnected apreciation!

Or I could just say I’m going to be answering Margeret’s question about her painful night leg cramps.

Either way, your body has a beautiful gold nuggett to share with you!

Don’t forget to say ‘hi’ in the comments!

We’re off to Kripalu this weekend where Eric is also teaching, so I’ll see if I can capture some more nuggetts for you! Post your requests on my facebook page or on the blog.

Enjoy your weekend!

Much love
xo

Oh Laura, another wonderful action ship :) thank you again for connecting so clearly to us all via the inter web.

This has already helped me feel the support in my body and release tension in my body (Especially the lymph in the abdomen) I can feel it moving.

And thanks for describing tensegrity so clearly. I was in a class the other night where the teacher had that same model but A) wouldn’t use the word tensegrity ( I had to mention it for her to acknowledge it) and b) when she was trying to describe it was doing a very poor job.

Just a great reminder of what an excellent teacher you are as well.
    Thank you!
    xx

Thanks Emily!! It’s my absolute pleasure and credit to my excellent teacher on this subject… Eric Franklin :) And it really is a feeling. If you don’t feel it in your body, it will be impossible to explain it! So I thank my body for gifting me with this and my joy is sharing that with you! Thanks love :)

    Thanks Laura!
Tensegrity really allows you to be effortless in everything, walking down the street and life altogether!
More about the two figurines connecting through the center of the earth, is that the earth-tensegrity?

thanks Eric! You are so right! Thank you for providing me the tools to really experience what this means :) The figures connecting through the earth…? Yes, kind of. It’s representing the connection through the ‘web’… more on that in later vids :)

    Beautiful, wonderful, PERFECT actionship! WOW!

    Thank you Laura!

Woke up this morning to the most terrible aching calves! Felt like I couldn’t walk (probably a sign I should have watched your video from last week… will do that next!).

Beautiful, wonderful insights, thank you for sharing!

Happened to have my new pelvis model next to me so when you got out your pelvis model out in the video, I got mine out too and started playing with and exploring it! :D

Love. Love. Love it all. This sharing the brilliance of interconnectness over this emense web of the Internet! :)))

    Much love,
    Em xo
