Finger Pain and Writing from Your Heart

AS 4.19.12 Finger Pain and writing from your heart (side)

My fingers created quite an explosion of goodness for you in this Action Ship!

Horses & sparkles & Universes… and how all these things are connected to finger pain!

Really!??

Yeah, really :)

If your fingers get all tense and spasm & hurting, you won’t be able to create very much at all.

Watch to learn how to avoid ‘sad-finger-fever’ & instead make some magic!

I bet you’ve never thought of your hands like this before :)

Come on then, watch it and take this little-BIG Inspired-Action with me.

And make sure to write in the comments what you love writing about :)

Talk soon

Love
Laura xo

Hi Laura, I am just getting better and better in paying attention to my body and to my emotions while writing, but I do not really train it, it just happens. My favorite under your suggestions is to connect with my horse, but very seldom I think about my shoulders. much love, Bettina

Hi Laura, now I noticed, a very interesting dialogue between my mind and my fingers while I am writing: Sometimes, when my fingers are aching my mind is grumbling about it, it tells my fingers that it is impossible to have a break now. That they have to work. It is very seldom, that my mind accepts what my fingers say, but my fingers always accept, what my mind says. But sometimes, while I am writing with love, it feels as if my fingers were laughing, they are moving with elegance and at high speed. This kind of dialogue is very silent, while the other one is loud and with a feeling of disharmony in my whole body… much love Bettina

    Hi Laura,
Hi Laura, … 1000.000 finger movements later: What I learned about my body is that whenever I connect me with my horse, my breath is more deeply. Furthermore I use my hands in a different way, so that for example while I sponge my muscles, a real conversation between my muscles and my hands is created, so that the massage is more efficient. While I am working on the laptop, I find it still difficult to consistently implement your tips in writing. But I start to notice for example how I use my fingers, depending on my emotions, very amazing, as there is a strong connection, I will tell you soon … much love Bettina

Hi, Laura, now, two weeks after you made this actionship for me, many things happenend. In the beginning I wondered how to integrate 25 new ideas consequently into my writing, it is not so easy as it seems to be… so I searched for solutions for this problem, started to find small islands in my daily life to think about e.g. my posture and about my emotions. I was astonished because I learned many new things about me using my body, it is a little bit like what the people say in this video of yours: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1ponDU3SIHk&feature=digest_thu – and more ;-) >>
Furthermore I startet to write down my experiences in form of cluster and mind map, two very efficient tools I use every day to improve riding and I am just collecting what I furthermore can tell you about my fingers writing: coming soon,
    love
    Bettina

Thank you for another great video, Laura!

With all the computer work I do, finger pain and
discomfort has been an issue. Appreciate your
    informative video!

Could you please address in an upcoming segment
how to keep your spirits up and continue visualizing your dream when challenged?

I am a dancer with a surgery date this summer
for foot surgery. It is a 6 week (in a cast)
non weight bearing recovery period after surgery, and possible
6-8 months before I can dance again.

Do you have tips and suggestions on how to keep
your dream vision in focus, during a challenging
    time?

(Thanks, I am not on Facebook, so placing the
    question here.)

Thanks for sharing these great ActionShips with us!

    Joan

Good advice, Laura, as always. That video has made me more aware of my posture as I sit in front of my laptop…hmmm I could actually move to a kinder chair … and then, feeling my fingers bouncing as they tap (!!) is definitely ‘the way to go’!!
    Thank you.

MOST of the time (like now) I’m excited and giddy to share some love, wisdom, inspiration and intelligence via my genius energy of creativity and strategies.
I also have in my work have many tedious bits of keyboarding and mousing to do. Most of these I say “I AM GOING TO DO THIS” and fly into it and make it a habit.

But often late at night when I get the have-tos and such out of the road, then I have a tired body but an inspired mind ready to type away at a really high vibration but some resentment has crept into my habit drudgery and it leaves my hands and fingers a bit spent.
    Insights, Dearie?

    Hugs,
    luaP

    Laura,

thanks for this video! My favorite thing about writing is getting thoughts out into a different form and then all the new ideas that come once I start letting it flow. Its a new way of seeing ideas for me.
Right now I’m writing stuff for my website :) and weekly videos so there’s lots to write :) and also trying to write some ideas and thoughts down every day.

I love the idea that the keyboard is the alive channel through which I’m transmitting my thoughts, so inspiring!

    thank you thank you
    xo
