I have some exciting news to share with you!
At least it is SUPER exciting for me. In fact probably THE most exciting since I moved to New York City eight and half years ago…
And if celebrating this wondrous news with me isn’t enough, you can watch me and Eric dancing ballet in a rather unusual place!

Something you don’t know: I’ve been dealing with insecurity lately, and I recently accepted that I do indeed feel insecurity. Then, suddenly, tons of good things happen to me! Including singing really well. (I just started singing lessons a few months ago.)

Congratulations Laura! What a relief and exciting prospect at once.
I am a former ballet dancer and Pilates instructor who now enjoys Bollywood fusion, Zumba, Vinyasa yoga and other movement forms at the YMCA. I took workshops from Eric a few years ago at Mind Body Spirit in Santa Clara, CA and found your blog somehow thereafter. I am enthralled and enchanted by all the goodness and ease you two inspire. I would love it if you taught some workshops in the SF Bay Area.

Congratulations! One of my sons just became AMerican a couple of months ago so the anxiety is known to us too. Glad it’s over. The dancing brought tears as I have forgotten how to be so spontaneous. You open eyes and ideas in me, Laura. Continue to do so with my love.

Congratualtions on your Green Card. I am a dance teacher in the North of England and also someone who does light work and other ‘Alternative’ things. I really appreciate what you and your husband do. I love the e-mails and have shared your web details with friends. I try to take what I can from my alternative side of life into class, although I do have to be careful how I phrase things with the kids, generally it’s okay. Although some of them think I am abit strange, but hey, that’s okay. Many blessings to you and yours and please keep doing what you do xx
