    Love these tips, Laura. Thank you! Flow vs structure is something I used to really struggle with–I really like my schedule to be free and flowing and all about “what I feel like doing today.” Which was making it hard to get things done and run a business ;-). Something that’s worked really well for me for a few years now is to have each day have an assigned theme. Of course, sometimes there are things that have to get done on a certain day instead of waiting for it’s regular day, but on balance, this gives me a framework that still has enough freedom.

    I’ve really enjoyed playing with your tips over the last week!

    This video was exactly what I’ve been praying for, and the survey was easy and quick to fill in. That led to video number 2 which just hit all my nails on their heads. Finally, a way to get out of dithering and procrastinating, and end up getting nothing of any value completed. Please oh please, Laura, make all those tips available in your usual colourful and fun way, so that I can print them out and put them where I can read them every day!. I would be so appreciative.     Excellent ActionShip Laura! As an Astrologer, helping others to help themselves, I find myself in last place for self-nurturance too many times, no matter what my intentions are.

    Your mention of Body Wisdom, the balance between DOing and BEing is excellent, and yes, being aware every moment WITH the body’s awareness included is what I have been missing – including my BODY in all my daily decisions and DOings.

    When did I leave my body out of the equation? I will be more body-mindful from now on! Blessed BE!
