We are going to dive head first into a simple, fast, highly amazing process to free up your breathing and improve your favorite move whether it be yoga, dance, handball, capoeira or soccer!
You have to do this process, all the way through to get the full benefits, and then you MUST do the other side! Or else you will be lopsided and that will look rather silly (and not feel amazing like I promise)

Fantastic, Laura. After the exercises and especially the spiralling one, my left lung (I did the left one) just felt clearer and cleaner and so much freer. I’ve just gotta do the right one now cos it’s a tiny bit jealous of its partner. LOVE! XX
