What’s the worst place to have cellulite!?

And that’s where a lot of people are this weekend. (Happy July 4th if you’re in the US)
But the usual places for this soggy fat is the backs of the legs, arms and belly. Hmmmmmm Mmmm!
Ok, so we don’t usually want to talk about this, but I have had a number of people ask me (secretly) about this, desperate wanting to save their legs from this dimply fate!
Soooo, I decided to give you 3 tips to start eliminating & illuminating these ‘problem’ areas so that you can relax on the beach!
There is a lot I can say on this topic, and of course diet and exercise are essential. But not necessarily in the way that most people think. (but that’s for another video).
So for this video I’m sharing 3 ways that you will not have heard to improve the hydration and tone of your skin & work on all ‘problem zones’ in your body. They’re a little unconventional (but you should be used to that with me already!)
And incase you missed the fireworks, I filmed a couple for you. And if you look closely, you can see ocean being lit up and you can see us dancing in their light!
