<p>As high as the sky!</p>
<p>To dance at the top of the EMPIRE STATE BUILDING!</p>
<p>When you get stuck in your house, in your room and all you can see are your walls and your windows, you&#8217;ll get stuck in this limited perspective!</p>
<p>Dance is the language that unites us all. It is free from words and limits&#8230; and brings you back into your body.</p>
<p>So get your dancing shoes on and shake your bootie at the top of the Empire State Building where you can see a different perspective and feel as high as the sky!</p>

<p>I can relate to her challenge of &#8216;feeling confused and fragmented&#8217; when she has to learn something new. I know that for me, I always had a hard time remembering dance combinations and would go around and around in my head trying to &#8216;get it right!&#8217;</p>
<p>When I was actually afraid of &#8216;getting it wrong!&#8217;</p>

<p>It will bring you a large breath of fresh air and new horizons!</p>
<p>Often, when we get stuck in one view of the world &amp; forget that there are other ways of looking at things. Do you ever notice that your problems lead you around and around and you keep ending up back where you started?</p>
<p>I am feeling very lucky that the Action Ship chose to give me this fresh perspective this week! And so happy that I can share this sunrise with you!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Chocolate. Ooooh, such sweetness&#8230;.</p>
<p>And yet can cause us such turmoil!</p>
<p>But, it goes SO GOOD with a cup of tea! Hmmm, what to do? What to do?</p>
<p>Today I&#8217;m going to show you how simple and easy it is to make fresh, amazing Almond Milk,  how to make the <strong>best</strong> cup of tea ever <em>and</em> how to dissolve your sugar cravings! (all in this little video!)</p>
<p>We know that eating too much sugar is not good for us, but despite our best intensions, we might not be so successful at limiting our intake! What on earth goes wrong?</p>
<p>Ever make the decision to eat less (or no) sugar? But then&#8230; a trance comes over you, and the chocolate wins the mind-war! It puts a spell on you and before you know it you&#8217;ve consumed WAY more than feels good. Crap! Feel icky. What now?</p>
<p>Now&#8230; You get mad at yourself, and make yourself feel BAD! Maybe this will prevent you from letting the chocolate win in the future. But, guess what? It doesn&#8217;t! It happens again. And again. And again.</p>
<p>Are you doomed to an eternity of chocolate-mind abuse? Or is there another way?</p>

<p>Obviously, simply shouting at yourself doesn&#8217;t work. Rationalizing with a bar of chocolate is not getting you further away from it&#8230; and so you have to step in and do some serious sugar-cravings repair work on your insides. You have to address a deeper level than just your mind. You have to touch the very depths of <em>why</em> your body gets drawn in to Mr. Chocolate&#8217;s spell!</p>
<p>Only then do you have a chance to release yourself from the torment and re-gain a balanced relationship with Mr C.</p>
<p>Ahhh, so SWEET :)</p>
<p>What are you waiting for? Get going and follow the steps carefully. Make sure you pay full attention and practice each step with your best smile!</p>
