    Hi Laura, thanks for lively video on bloating. I’ve been a sufferer of this discomfort for over 25 years !!!
    There are many causes for this problem, including the ones that you so lively mentioned. There is another one that is causing a lot of trouble, which is the GM Wheat that we all consume. See article @ http://findarticles.com/p/articles/mi_m0NAH/is_7_39/ai_n32175537/

    I’ve noticed that if I eat commercially made bread the problem is worse also. So I’ve making my own bread for almost 20 years, using my bread maker, which is a piece of cake to make (pun intended).

    Candida albicans is also a great cause of if.

    I threw this other info into the discussion in order to help solve this very annoying trouble that too many suffer.

    Your advice is very sound and may solve most of it.

      I don’t eat wheat hardly ever, and I know that has made a BIG difference to my health and digestion. I definitely recommend people read and know this info, and cut down on wheat… And really avoid any GMO produce!

    great :) these are getting super pro…love the animations. did this “action” just this morning and I was surprised to realize how much ANGER >:( WAS THERE. the idea that my body can handle the anger, digest it, AND process it was a revelation to me, that it could actually be useful instead of upsetting and horrible and making me cry. wu-huu!     The digestion aspect of this video is so helpful to me personally. Digestion problems have for a long time been associated with an inherited trait of my family.

    Your three simple tips are so critical and obvious – once you said them… They have helped me so much these past days digest my food better and also have more respect for the food that is entering my body and how it enters. I have found a love anew for breathing and actually felt some soreness in my middle from breathing more fully!

    The fall cleaning, breathing out the anger were so wonderful and needed. Then the phrase of “I am responsible for other people’s happiness” was absolutely wonderful and PERFECT for me!
