    Thank you about the shoulder. What can be done for tight hip flexures. My daughter has hip dysplasia back of leg is elongated front is short so I believe the head of the hip is displaces out of the socked frontal. She walks with a bend or flex knee and buttock push back, since birth. She is 28 y o needs total hip replacement. The PT stretching is causing more contraction in the front groin area, tears and pain. The chest is bend forward also needs a walker with standing and exercise, but otherwise she sit most of the day. Walking in a bend forward position is exhausting. I would love if we can find another technique. I can only see after the hip replacement surgery the shorten muscle in the front upper legs will be very painful because its going to be pull out straighter, so the PT is to trying to lengthen the front muscle before surgery. Orthopedic tells my daughter she has to work harder because PT will be more work after the surgery.
