Thanks for all the support from the announcement about the vlog video… and that the action ship is back!!! 

And we’re kicking it off with the first question from Jocelyn… 

Jocelyn asked me about how you can prioritize your own self care when there is ALWAYS so much on your to do list and you never feel like you have time.  She knows it’s important to her own self healing but she gets stuck in the overwhelm and doesn’t know how to make time for what she knows is best.

I know we all feel this, even myself.  But, the difference for myself is I have learned how to make space for my self care always, since I know how I can’t function without it.

That’s why I knew this was so important to share with you in my latest Action Ship.
