I remember of so well what it feels like to have to ‘cram’ for exams. I can’t say I was ever that good at it. Somehow it always felt like there was something that didn’t fit! Was it my brain? How can all this information ‘fit’ up there?
Now years later, I know that memory is not all crammed ‘up there’ and that there are other far more efficient ways of accessing information and brilliance.
This doesn’t mean that you never have to study again, but a simple shift in perspective on what it means to recall information and how that relates to your life and survival can create massive changes.
And, remember that you actually learn far better when you are in a state of relaxation!
